Very unique and interesting news that I did not hear anywhere else I like to know what is really going on behind the scenes on a deeper level. Hearing about less known law changes is fascinating to me and shows how politics changes the direction of a country through the judicial branch when a judge takes it upon himself to change a law.

I purchased annual subscription for Rs using my email and phone number. Somehow my account got updated with different phone number and my subscription was seen on that number.
I could use it as long as i do not sign out. But once during upgrade my apps got signed out snd there is no way for me to login to my account using my credentials. Or they will ask for details around transaction for subscription purchase. I had provided them so many times however no one helped on this yet.
My annual subscription which I purchased is being used by someone else and its been more than 6 months there is jo resolution for my problem. Also there is no contact number for support where I can speak to someone. Also if I try to repurchase subscription again, app does not show me option to buy the same. App experience is also too bad and it stuck in between.

Please write an email at support. We will look into the issue and will resolve the same so you can enjoy your subscription. Sadly i did not have any proof of cancellation. Next month I cancelled again and took a screenshot of the confirmation. But again i was charged the fee.
