Spent hours looking everywhere on the internet no one seems to have any luck how can a problem like this go un detected? Mine wont update from a usb or the internet cant rebuild database and from what I've heard of you try and reset you lose all the data and nothing happens. Gonna find a disc with an update and go from there.

I chose option 6 and it does sadly reset the playstation but after chosing that i let the system do its thing until it cam onto the brand new system set up screen for the time and date.

Did it a couple more times. Tried with USB FAT32 , 4 GB storage abd everything named and downloaded corectly the ps4 got it, downloaded the update, applied it and after restart - nothing. Back at the beggining, checked the HDD and it just doesnt want to update. Says update complete and when it restarts it doesnt want to boot.
